Unfortunately, I could only rate one star and not any negative stars. The customer service staff were not at all informed about what they are working for or what plans the Telco offers. I expect these comments will go unnoticed by the Telco, and I don't expect any action will be taken for improvement. I went to inquire about the port-in offer, but the main customer executive (identified by others as a Chinese man) didn't seem to care about what the customer wants. He kept disappearing from the store, as if he had some other business on another floor or in the mall. My God, I would never go there again. I hope he reads this review and improves to serve customers at least as they deserve.
