Unfortunately I could only rate one star and not any negative stars. The customer service staff were not at all informed about what they are working for and what plans the Telco offers. Ha ha these comments anyway would go unnoticed for sure by the Telco and expect no action taken for any improvement. Went to inquire about the port-in offer but the main customer executive (as everyone here already identified as Chinese man), didn't give a damn about what the customer wants. Always keeps disappearing off from the store and as if he has some other business on the other floor or mall. My God, I would never go again here. I hope he reads this review and improves to serve the customers at least what they deserve.
