When I walked in around 7 PM today, there were no other customers. The lone male staff member ignored me – no greetings, and he didn't ask if I wanted to buy anything. Okay, fine. Then another customer walked in, and the staff was still "busy" doing his own things, totally ignoring two customers in the store. At this rate, I think that staff member should be fired by Braun Büffel. I'm a loyal customer of this brand, and this is so disappointing. Of course, I walked out empty-handed; I don't want to deal with someone who doesn't appreciate their customers.
