When I walked in around 7 PM today, there were no other customers. The lone male staff member ignored me – no greetings, and he didn't ask if I wanted to buy anything. Okay, fine.
Then another customer walked in, and the staff was still "busy" doing his own things, totally ignoring two customers in the store.
At this rate, I think that staff member should be fired by Braun Büffel. I'm a loyal customer of this brand, and this is so disappointing.
Of course, I walked out empty-handed; I don't want to deal with someone who doesn't appreciate their customers.

I went there looking for men's and women's wallets. The staff was very friendly and had a very good attitude. Their greeting was crystal clear, and I felt so welcomed. Every question I asked was answered, and they were always smiling. They are such good people with great customer service!
