When I walked in today around 7pm, there's no customer, the lone male staff ignores me, no greetings, didn't ask if I wanna buy anything. Ok fine. Then another customer walked in, the staff still 'busy' doing his own things, totally ignoring TWO customers in the store. At this rate I think that staff should be fired by Braun Büffel, I'm a loyal customer with this brand and this is so disappointing. Of course I walked out empty handed, don't wanna deal with someone who doesn't appreciate their customers.
