"Good variety of blind boxes; they have Pop Mart and other brands too! Prices are at resale pricing, which is acceptable and not too overpriced. This was my second time there, and the cashier charged me twice because he thought the first transaction didn't go through. I went back, and the supervisor resolved the issue immediately. The other staff in the shop were really helpful in trying to assist me as well. I was touched and impressed by their genuineness. The service recovery exceeded my expectations, and it has given me faith in how the business is run. I will definitely return whenever I'm in JB. Excellent job!"
