This was my second time there, and the cashier charged me twice because he thought the first transaction didn't go through. I went back, and the supervisor resolved the issue immediately. The other staff in the shop were really helpful in trying to assist me as well. I was touched and impressed by their genuineness. The service recovery exceeded my expectations, and it has given me faith in how the business is run. I will definitely return whenever I'm in JB.
