"A very disappointing experience at Bath & Body Works, AEON Tebrau. The rude and disrespectful attitude of the employees towards customers is unprofessional. I was treated with a cynical look, as if I couldn't afford to buy anything. This kind of attitude is embarrassing, especially for a brand as big as Bath & Body Works. As a customer, I expect friendly and respectful service, not discrimination. I hope management takes this matter seriously and trains their staff to better serve customers. 1 star."

"The manager was very rude, scolding their staff in front of customers. For me, that's not professional behavior. And one more thing: I asked one of the staff members, "Agus," about an item, but he passed me on to another staff member and mentioned that it wasn't part of his job. Please be more professional."
