"Bad experience 👎🏻 Went to the fitting room at 9:30 PM, but a Malay staff member told me it was already closed and I couldn't try anything on. BUT THEN I saw another Malay staff member open the fitting room entrance for two Indian customers who went after me. When I tried to follow them into the fitting room, the staff member told me it was closed and I couldn’t go in. If the fitting room is closed, then close it completely. Why open it again for other races but not for Chinese customers? H&M, improve your staff and customer service."
Ari (tall, with long hair) was very helpful and took the initiative to find my shoes. I ended up spending more money because of his excellent service.
The reason for the four-star rating is that another staff member (a younger girl) seemed disinterested in helping me; I felt like she was just waiting for me to leave the dressing room area.
Perhaps Ari could teach the other staff a thing or two...
This is a takeaway coffee place on the top floor. The staff are friendly, and the service is good. The coffee tastes nice and isn't too sweet. You can choose between Indonesian or Colombian beans. They also have other seasonal drinks, donuts, and puffs available. There's a bench nearby where you can sit and enjoy your coffee.
