Bad customer service, the staff will oi U and don't allow U to try shirt around 9pm smtg which not yet close the store also. When U 9:30pm want to try the shirt, they will just show U a bad face and say we not allow to try shirt now. I understand the store is closing soon and the fitting room shirts is a lot but U still can have a nice attitude say it.
The most angry is the staff very rude ,just directly oi , what kind of attitude. O the staff is a man. If anyone saw him please be careful later he oi U directly.

Such a bad experience in this outlet because of a bad attitude staff, I understand long queues making everyone stress but as a cashier, please don't show your inpatient attitude and face to you customer.

Went to H&M Aeon Tebrau just now, and the Malay gal who work on fitting room was very rude. I went to a fitting room which in front of a mirror, the door was close, so I push it to open, then the gal run to me urgently and said I shouldn’t open it, just choose any other room which is opened, I don’t know why does it matter? Then she made the face and “ish!” noise behind me.
The thing is, she didn’t told me anything beforehand then she put the blame on me, she doesn’t seem to know that she’s working as a customer service kind of role. Shame on her, and also H&M for having this kind of standard of staff.

Bad experience 👎🏻 Went to the fitting room at 9.30pm but a malay girl staff told me closed dy cannot try, BUT THEN i saw another malay guy staff open the fitting room entrance for another two indian customers who went after me, and when i try to follow them into the fitting room, the staff told me it’s closed and i cannot go in???? If fitting room close then close lah why open again for other races but close for chinese? H&M improve your staff and customer service

a bit of a rude manager. its the customer's rights to return their completely damaged-free purchased goods due to lots of reasons (implulse purchase, change of mind etc). he had the audacity to look like im doing something wrong?? u work retail, hence ur working w people in general. fix your attitude pls😅 …

Super rude staffs, especially one soft guy. He didn’t allow my mom to go into the fitting room and was later seen laughing about it. Management needs to look into this, we have no time for bullies and body shaming

The reason for 4 star is another member of staff (younger girl) seemed so disinterested in helping me that I felt she was waiting for me to leave the dressing room area.
