"The staff were super rude, especially one man with a soft demeanor. He didn't allow my mom to go into the fitting room and was later seen laughing about it. Management needs to look into this; we have no time for bullies and body shaming."

"Bad customer service. The staff will "oi" you and don't allow you to try on shirts around 9 PM, even though the store isn't yet closed. When you want to try on a shirt at 9:30 PM, they will just give you a bad look and say they don't allow trying on shirts at that time. I understand the store is closing soon and the fitting rooms have a lot of shirts, but you can still have a nice attitude when saying it. What's most upsetting is that the staff was very rude, just directly "oi"-ing people. What kind of attitude is that? Oh, and the staff member is a man. If anyone sees him, please be careful; he might "oi" you directly."

I understand long queues can make everyone stressed, but as a cashier, please don't show your impatience to customers. This was at H&M Aeon Terbau. Please train your staff better. I'm not going to mention which staff member, but perhaps increasing manpower could help avoid this happening again."

"Just went to H&M Aeon Tebrau, and the Malay girl working at the fitting room was very rude. I went to a fitting room in front of a mirror; the door was closed, so I pushed it open. Then the girl ran to me urgently and said I shouldn’t have opened it, and that I should just choose another room that was already open. I don’t know why it mattered. Then she made a face and an "ish!" noise behind me. The thing is, she didn’t tell me anything beforehand and then put the blame on me. She doesn’t seem to know that she’s working in a customer service role. Shame on her, and shame on H&M for having this kind of staff."

Ari (tall, with long hair) was very helpful and took the initiative to find my shoes. I ended up spending more money because of his excellent service. The reason for the four-star rating is that another staff member (a younger girl) seemed disinterested in helping me; I felt like she was just waiting for me to leave the dressing room area. Perhaps Ari could teach the other staff a thing or two...
