"They close as early as 9pm and weren't keen to take our order, despite having four staff members working. Aeon Mall management should address this."

"Such bad service! I arrived at 9pm yesterday and the staff said they were already closed. But I could see the equipment and menu were still on? How can you say you're already closed? Chagee or Koi are much better. They still attend to customers even when they have more customers and are doing closing procedures. Tealive service is out!"

I bought a Lotus Biscoff smoothie with added pearls on November 14th at 4:40 PM at Tealive Aeon Tebrau. The cashier didn't inform us that there was no card payment available. When I received my drink, there were no pearls inside. When I asked the cashier about it, he said he forgot to add them and laughed, like it was a joke. Then I asked him, "So, what now?" He did give me the pearls, but his attitude was terrible. He didn't inform me about the card issue or the missing pearls at all. If I hadn't asked, he would have given me the smoothie without letting me know it wasn't a complete order.

"Lousy service. This was my first time trying this brand. I was sharing sushi with a friend, so I asked for a second pair of chopsticks, but the cashier questioned how many sushi I had bought. I said seven, which cost RM15, and she refused to give me the second pair because she claimed I only purchased seven pieces. This is really bad 👎. I won't be visiting a second time due to the lousy service."

Empire Sushi has meatless vegetarian options. I picked five vegetarian sushi for 8.40 ringgit (SGD 2.57). A cheap, delicious, and satisfying meal.

There was a variety of sushi available. I was happy to have a lot of choices to choose from. I hope the staff can be a bit more friendly and not raise their voices with customers. Maybe they were having a tough day.

The workers have an attitude problem. As a customer, I feel like I was racially discriminated against, and I'm not the only one who has experienced this kind of awful service. Malaysia is a multiracial country, so please learn how to respect other people. Don't shame yourself, because it makes you look uneducated. Take a look at your branch. You didn't train and discipline your awful workers. This is my first time buying here, and I won't buy again. You should also check the feedback on Facebook. There are so many people complaining about their attitude and being racially discriminated against.

"They have a variety of sushi choices, but the staff said they don't accept cash!"

"Their service is very, very bad! The guy kept chasing me while I was choosing sushi, and when I came back, I found that some of the sushi I picked wasn't put in. I'm really disappointed with their service. There was only one person after me, so I'm not sure why he kept chasing me! I wasn't taking minutes to choose my sushi, just a few seconds, and they couldn't even wait. Management, please take note of their service. Very, very bad!"
