Plus, but plus favor all out of stock. But the indian cashier guy the face very busuk not sure is it shop did not pay out salary? Within one minits done the two drink? Did not shake or all is pre-done? Pearl also not fresh can see the picture. Better stick with chagee and beutea. So lousy shop.

9pm is already closed and did not keen to take order despite having 4 working staffs. Aeon Mall management should do something with it.

I bought lotus biscoff smoothies add on pearls on 14 November 4:40pm at tealive aeon tebrau. The cashier didnt inform us there is no card payment method. I got my drink and there is no pearl inside. when i asked the cashier, he said that he forgot to punch the pearls so he didnt put it. he laughing like its a joke. then i asked him “so how?” he did gave me the pearls but that such a bad attitude. he didnt inform anything about the card and pearls at all. if i didnt asked about that, he must give me the smoothies without letting me know its not a complete order.

Sharing my worst experience for last weekend, we ordered 2 fruit teas with different flavors, and we only can taste very very strong siap siap taste for the tea 😱 we only take a few sips and then throw it away.... I will never consider buy drink at tealive, since there few tea shop in aeon tebrau for your consideration.

31/8/24 Is our turn to order but waited unattended for more than 5 minutes. Cashier service very slow. Wet floor due to their machine dripping water and did not clean it. Need improvement.

Very bad service.almost 10minit Q ..your staff not attend eventho your staff notice that i was there..please make sure your staff alert once customers in eventho uall busy briefing or trainee new partner..tq

ordered thru apps, set my own time to pick up. suddenly the staff said no more drink available. but staff already call said the drink is available to pick up. so disgusting. they told me to come in the next day and promise to keep the drink for me? i mean who’s gonna come to the mall frequently only for a drink?

So bad service!! I was coming at 9pm yesterday n the staff said already closed. But I see the equipment/ menu still never turning off? Then u said already closed? Chagee or Koi more better. Still attend customer even their more customer/doing closing. Tealive service out!!!

Almost everything i ordered not available. Even pearls for Signature Brown Sugar Milk Tea(which is by the way the most common one) is not available. The snacks are not available due to.....air fryer not working. How coincidence. I prefer other tealive outlet. The cups are not sealed like any other tealive outlets. Drip all over and messy.
