Super rude staff, talk to customer so rudely… but laugh when talking among themselves…I ask for no sugar but the sweetness level taste like 200% sweet, in the end I throw the entire cup away, won't ever come here again, lousy.

Promotion now D24 durain smoothie RM12.90 (M) cup, there is surely some durain flavor but not overly power. Ok to drink if you run out of options with so many coffee & tea drinks stalls in this mall.

I felt sorry for the two female staff who were struggling to prepare and take orders from customers over the weekend. I waited more than 30 minutes from ordering to receiving my drink. I am not sure if it was due to a staff shortage or.

I just came in 27/11/25 at 910PM... Got 3 staff on shift but they ignore us around 1 to 2 mins to take order... Yes I'm understand u guys are busy doing some closing task or we call as pre-closing... But I'm also work as barista we just run 2.

Unfortunately not the staff fault due to the amount of customers but wait time is extremely long. Waited a total of 30 mins for drink which is uncalled for. Company need to arrange better manpower.

The service was terrible.There was a Malay female staff with a super bad attitude and a really rude face. When I was packing up my food, I asked her if she could help me throw away the bag. She very unwillingly shouted, “The trash bin is over there.” Next time, I’ll post her face online.

Plus, but plus favor all out of stock. But the indian cashier guy the face very busuk not sure is it shop did not pay out salary? Within one minits done the two drink? Did not shake or all is pre-done? Pearl also not fresh can see the picture. Better stick with chagee and beutea. So lousy shop.

31/8/24 Is our turn to order but waited unattended for more than 5 minutes. Cashier service very slow. Wet floor due to their machine dripping water and did not clean it. Need improvement.

Ordered drinks here, including paper bag. Once the drinks ready, I need to pack the drinks myself. Then suddenly the staff said need to pay for the bag, which I did. Not coming back here.

Sharing my worst experience for last weekend, we ordered 2 fruit teas with different flavors, and we only can taste very very strong siap siap taste for the tea we only take a few sips and then throw it away....
