Very bad service. I waited in line for almost 10 minutes. Your staff didn't attend to me even though they noticed I was there. Please make sure your staff are alert to customers as soon as they enter, even if you're busy briefing or training new partners. Thank you.
"Almost everything I ordered was not available. Even pearls for the Signature Brown Sugar Milk Tea (which is, by the way, the most common one) were not available. The snacks weren't available because... the air fryer wasn't working. What a coincidence. I prefer other Tealive outlets. The cups weren't sealed like at other Tealive outlets, and the drink dripped all over and was messy."
"Such bad service! I arrived at 9pm yesterday and the staff said they were already closed. But I could see the equipment and menu were still on? How can you say you're already closed? Chagee or Koi are much better. They still attend to customers even when they have more customers and are doing closing procedures. Tealive service is out!"
I bought a Lotus Biscoff smoothie with added pearls on November 14th at 4:40 PM at Tealive Aeon Tebrau. The cashier didn't inform us that there was no card payment available. When I received my drink, there were no pearls inside. When I asked the cashier about it, he said he forgot to add them and laughed, like it was a joke. Then I asked him, "So, what now?" He did give me the pearls, but his attitude was terrible. He didn't inform me about the card issue or the missing pearls at all. If I hadn't asked, he would have given me the smoothie without letting me know it wasn't a complete order.
"Plus, the flavor I wanted was out of stock. Also, the Indian cashier looked very unhappy; I'm not sure if the shop didn't pay him. He made two drinks within one minute? Did he not shake them, or were they pre-made? The pearls also weren't fresh, as you can see in the picture. I'd better stick with Chagee and Beutea. This shop is lousy."
