I visited Caring at Aeon Tebrau and Caring at Komtar JBCC on April 3, 2025. This review is about my experience at Aeon Tebrau at almost 12:30 pm. The cashier asked if I needed a plastic bag (this was the first time I'd been asked, even though I've shopped there before and never been asked by any other cashier). I asked if I had to pay for the plastic bag and was told I needed to pay RM0.20. I was surprised, as I had never been charged for plastic bags at Caring before. Later, I went to Caring at Komtar JBCC at 3:15 pm and the cashier put my purchase into a plastic bag without even asking if I needed one. I asked if I had to pay for the plastic bag and was told there was no need. I told the cashier about being charged at Aeon Tebrau, and the cashier said there was no notification about having to charge for plastic bags. Question: Do we have to pay for plastic bags at Caring, or is it only at Aeon Tebrau?

Hello, I like this Caring outlet; the price is cheaper than other shops. I like the staff because they are very friendly, especially the pharmacist, who was very attentive and gave advice on my illness and prescribed the medicine when I came for the first time. I strongly recommend this Caring outlet to everyone 👍🏻. Mmg terbaikk!

The pharmacist and cashier were both very knowledgeable and patient with our numerous questions and requirements. The pricing was very reasonable, too. Highly recommended.

The staff were pretty rude when paying at the cashier. There were these two Malay girls who asked me for my postcode, and when I asked why they needed it, one replied in a very rude tone, saying it was "for customer service." Then, she said something in Malay to her coworker and they started laughing. I don't know if they were making fun of me, but my experience was not nice!

Visited last Saturday evening. One of the Malay girls who is a part-timer, Aishay (if I'm not mistaken), was at the shoe section. She was very helpful and patient. Keep up the good work! The cashier, however, was not friendly and had an expressionless face. Maybe he was tired...

"The store has a Malay girl who doesn't understand customer service. Even when a customer is polite, she gives a look like "just another window shopper." If you don't like attending to customer requests, don't work in the service industry. JD's collection of inventory and customer service is deteriorating. Even though I like the slippers, I don't like your service. I'm leaving your store and going to the Nike outlet at Southkey from now on."

Some of the staff are really doing a great job assisting customers. I recently managed to snag a pair of shoes (the most expensive!). Thank you, my dude; I’ll remember you for next time. And thank you to whoever was working the cashier section, of course. However, some of the sales staff aren't doing a good job. Perhaps they don't have proper training, experience, or understanding of how important their role is for the company/store. They prefer to mingle and talk amongst themselves, talk behind customers' backs, and show unwillingness or attitude when customers inquire about sizes and information. Some of them even run/stay away from the section, seemingly to avoid getting busy. Please improve and look into this matter, or else it's going to be a ticking time bomb for JD to become irrelevant in the neighborhood.

Adda, a staff member, really helped me choose a good pair of Sambas. I will recommend this staff member to my friends.
