Salespeople are generally helpful and friendly. However, the cashier at that time was very uninformed about the current promotions and denied that it existed. It turns out there was, in fact, a 15% rebate for first purchases, which was advertised in the fitting rooms.
"I've always had a good experience at this Levi's outlet, largely because of one excellent salesperson: Haziq. He remembers his customers well and is very attentive. He suggests jeans that fit perfectly most of the time."
BO is a great place to shop for clothes at affordable and reasonable prices, with lots of good deals and promotions. It's very worth it, and the clothes are good quality for the price.
The staff is friendly and always ready to help customers.
However, this outlet often runs out of sizes. You can pay with cash or debit/credit card.
The security guard and a few sales ladies tried to stop me from entering the store at 9:48 PM, saying I couldn't enter, even though I saw people still choosing clothes inside. Even after I said that I just wanted to see a shirt that was hanging near the entrance, and that I wouldn't buy it if it wasn't allowed, (I just wanted to see if it was my size), they still tried to stop me. I ignored them and entered anyway. I saw the shirt was my size and asked a sales guy if I was allowed to buy two of them. Imagine a customer having to ask a salesperson if he's ALLOWED to buy something! He said it was no problem, the store was still open. So I picked two shirts and paid for them; the cashier was fine. The whole thing took less than five minutes. The security guard and several sales ladies were very rude and their manner was bad. The store itself is good; I saw a few items that interested me, but the atmosphere wasn't good. It felt like I was being rushed.
