I went to Caring at Aeon Tebrau and Caring at Komtar JBCC on 3 Apr 2025. The review is about my experience at Aeon Tebrau at almost 12.30pm. The cashier asked if I needed a plastic bag (first time being asked as I had shopped here before and was never asked by any of the cashiers); I asked if I have to pay for the plastic bag and was told I needed to pay RM0.20 for a plastic bag. I was surprised as I was never charged for plastic bags at Caring before. I went to Caring at Komtar JBCC at 3.15pm and the cashier put my purchase into a plastic bag, without even asking if I needed one. I asked if I have to pay for the plastic bag and was told there was no need. I told the cashier about the need to pay at Aeon Tebrau and the cashier said there was no notification on having to charge for plastic bags.
Question: Do we have to pay for plastic bags at Caring or is it only at Aeon Tebrau?
