I went to Caring at Aeon Tebrau and Caring at Komtar JBCC on 3 Apr 2025. The review is about my experience at Aeon Tebrau at almost 12.30pm. The cashier asked if I needed a plastic bag (first time being asked as I had shopped here before and was never asked by any of the cashiers); I asked if I have to pay for the plastic bag and was told I needed to pay RM0.20 for a plastic bag. I was surprised as I was never charged for plastic bags at Caring before. I went to Caring at Komtar JBCC at 3.15pm and the cashier put my purchase into a plastic bag, without even asking if I needed one. I asked if I have to pay for the plastic bag and was told there was no need. I told the cashier about the need to pay at Aeon Tebrau and the cashier said there was no notification on having to charge for plastic bags. Question: Do we have to pay for plastic bags at Caring or is it only at Aeon Tebrau?

hello, i like this caring outlet, the price is more cheaper than other shops, i like the staff because it's very friendly when i came for the first time, especially the pharmacist who is very attentive and giving advices on my illness and prescribing the medicine. i strongly recommend this caring outlet to everyone👍🏻. mmg terbaikk

I love the availabilities of most items here. From medical products to personal cares. I love the friendly staffs with big smile always assistingme on product inquiries.I prefer to purchase most of my medical and personal cares here at Caring pharmacy in Aeon Mall Tebrau City. ❤️

Have been a shopper with Caring pharmacy for at least 10 years. I really enjoyed shopping with them. Not only that, the staff at Tebrau Aeon was fantastic and caring. Ms Toh (Pharmacy) provided great caring services and I will definitely return to Caring Aeon! Thanks!
