I bought a Bonia belt at this store and had been using it for a few months, mainly when going to the office. After 5 months, I was surprised when a small metal component that secured the belt loosened up, leaving the belt useless as it couldn’t be tightened. I didn't imagine a Bonia branded belt would be of this quality. I have several much lower-priced belts that I used previously from other brands, and the buckles have never malfunctioned before. When I went to the store, I was informed that the small component wasn't part of the warranty, and I needed to pay to have it repaired. The cost was 1/3 of the price of the belt. To me, it feels like Bonia is making a profit from fixing their own malfunctioning items instead of servicing their customers. I was an avid supporter of Bonia, as they are a local brand and their handbags are of good design and quality. However, this experience has made me think that some of their products might be selling at a high price point but with low-quality materials and craftsmanship. I decided not to have the belt repaired there.

Coffee Bean, please teach your staff how to pack a cake properly. I ordered carrot cake for take away. When I got home, I saw they packed the piece with the least amount of cream and topping. Plus, she also removed the side plastic that protects the cake during packaging.

I like that they use a ceramic cup for hot coffee, instead of the paper cups that many other cafes use, even for dine-in orders. Ordered an Americano, and the flavor was 5 stars! The service is good; the staff came to clear the tables before I had to use my own tissue to clean.

"The only thing that needs improvement is the staff's service attitude. They weren't very friendly and didn't listen carefully to customer orders. I ordered a plain hot vanilla, but I received a Vanilla Latte. The atmosphere of the coffee house is good, and this place is suitable for taking a rest and getting some good coffee."
