As a fan of Korean cuisine, I found the Rabokki (Ramyeon + Tteobbokki) somewhat disappointing. It was too chewy, and the broth/soup was only lukewarm, not boiling hot. That was a turn-off for me.

"The food was average, at best. The service wasn't bad; I was served promptly."

"I came here during the late afternoon on a Tuesday. It was pretty empty at the time, so I didn't have to wait long for my food. As a Singaporean, I didn't know that this was a Malaysian-Korean fast food chain. The food was just average. The rice was good, though; it had a nice mala spicy kick to it. But the Korean chicken was definitely not worth trying. The chicken was completely doused in honey mustard sauce, which made it too sweet. I'm not sure if the food is worth the price; it felt a bit much for a fast food chain. The service was pretty questionable, too. When I asked the staff about the sets and what they served, he just looked so unbothered and didn't answer my questions properly. The best way to describe it is that he seemed to shrug customers off so that he could go back to resting. Overall, I would only recommend trying this place once, and maybe never again. You're better off eating at an actual Korean restaurant."

One of my worst experiences at Dubuyo, which used to be one of my favorite places to eat. The concept of this shop is more of a self-service setup and doesn't really feel like a restaurant. Customers have to order at the counter instead of from their tables, pay upfront, then take their drinks to the table and wait approximately 15 minutes for their number to be called. After that, customers have to pick up their order at a side counter and collect all cutlery. Dubuyo seems to be trying to be a fast-food outlet instead of a restaurant, which might be the downfall of this franchise. The lack of customer service because of this convenient system is obvious, as it forces the staff to spend more time clearing tables with trays of food left by previous customers. Personally, I ordered a hot drink and realized there was no sugar. I went to the counter, but was told there wasn’t any sugar available at all. All meals are set meals, and à la carte is not available, forcing customers to pay more. The food isn't as delicious as at the other Dubuyo branches, which is understandable, as this branch is serving fast-food quality meals instead of restaurant-style dishes. Not recommended.

Dubuyo is definitely my favorite place to eat soondubu jigae. It's very delicious, and I always eat here and order takeaway too. I love all the staff, and the restaurant is very clean, so I can bring my kid with no worries.

Better to go to the Toppen Mall branch. Here's why: 1. Limited menu choices. 2. No ice water available; you have to buy mineral water (unlike the Toppen branch). 3. It's self-service, but they charge a service tax.

"They suddenly require a Singapore IC to exchange SGD for MYR. Their attitude was also bad. When you travel to another country, do you usually bring your country's passport or Identity Card? Not sure why they require that; they must be nuts."

"The staff member was unfriendly, speaking very slowly and then yelling, perhaps because of her own slow pace. They should improve their worker behavior. I won't be going to this branch again."

- Unfriendly and bad attitude. - They seem to treat Malaysians wanting to exchange money as if they're trying to exchange fake currency. - When I wanted to exchange AUD to MYR, the male staff displayed the money in a way that suggested it was fake. This also happened when I was with my Australian husband. The staff looked at me, a Malay woman with a hijab, as if questioning my relationship with a foreigner. - As Malaysians, we shouldn't be racist towards other races or religions.

"Will never exchange money here again. They don't know how to treat customers. They didn't even have envelopes. The employee got super triggered and almost shouted at a customer when asked about the rates."
