I ordered the same dish—Seafood Ramen—as I had previously in KL, but the experience here was noticeably different. The broth lacked the rich, robust flavor I enjoyed in KL, and the prawn was not as fresh, with a pale pink color instead of the vibrant red I expected. Even the tea was overly bitter, which further affected the overall dining experience. KL's version was definitely superior in terms of quality and taste.

One of my worst experience at Dubuyo, which has been one of my favourite eatery place. The concept of this shop is more of a self service shop and not fit to be called a restaurant.
Customers have to order at the counter instead of from their seated table, paying everything first, then taking the drinks straight to the table and then having to wait approximately 15 minutes for their number to be called. Customers have to pick up their order at a side counter and collect all cutlery.
Dubuyo is trying to be a fast food outlet instead of a restaurant, which might be their downfall of this franchise. The lack of customer service because of this convenient system is obvious as it rakes the staff linger to clear out tables with trays of food left by the previous customers.
Personally I ordered a hot drink and just realised that there is no sugar. Went to the counter but was told there isn’t any sugar available at all. All meals are set meals and ala cart is not available, forcing customers to pay more.
Food is not as delicious as the other Dubuyo branches and it is understood as this branch is serving fastfood quality meals instead of a restaurant dish.
Not recommended.

Better go to Toppen Mall branch. Heres why
1. limited choice of menu
2. No ice water, need to buy mineral water (compare to toppen branch)
3. Self service but charge service tax

The sondobu jigae is not as good as I remember eating it 2 years ago. But I love the kimchi even though can't asked for extra. Service okay 3 out of 5.

Food was average at most. Service was not as bad as I was served promptly.

I love Dubuyo, especially their sweet honey mustard chicken and kimchi, it’s my go-to! If you’re a fan of sweet flavors, this is the place to be. However, the hygiene at this Mini Dubuyo is a concern. We ordered drinks, and the glass had a lipstick stain and even some black mold. This is unacceptable. Dubuyo management, please address these hygiene issues. I’m giving 1 star due to the unhygienic conditions.

Bad experience from front cashier counter to the table. While asking for order from us, the manager is playing with his phone. No words “thank you” or greeting from them at all. The food is not good like other outlets. Tasteless and cold. Not recommended here.

As a fan of Korean cuisine, I find that the Rabokki (Ramyeon + Tteobbokki) is kind of disappointing - too chewy, and the broth/soup is room-temperature kind of warm-ish feeling and not boiling hot. It's such a turn off to me.

There was no queue. The orders came pretty fast. We had to carry our own food. The drinks were served. The food was not bad. But I wonder why the reviews were so low. The portion was quite big and since we were not so hungry, we shared the food. Overall it was a pleasant experience 😀😀😀😀😀

Came here during the late afternoon of a Tuesday. It was pretty empty at the time, so I did not have to wait long for my food.
As a Singaporean, I did not know that this was a Malaysian Korean fast food chain. So the food was just average. The rice was good though, it had a nice mala spicy kick to it, but the Korean chicken was definitely not worth trying at all. The chicken was completely doused in the honey mustard sauce, which made it too sweet to enjoy. I am not sure if I could say the food is worth the price. It felt a bit much for a fast food chain.
The service is pretty questionable too. When I asked the staff about the sets and what they served, he just looked so unbothered, and didn't answer my questions properly. The best way I can describe it is that he shrugs customers off so that he can go back to have a rest.
Overall, I will only recommend trying this place once and maybe never again. You're better off eating at an actual Korean restaurant.

The food was delicious, well-presented, and served fresh — a perfect balance of flavor and quality. A special mention goes to Hasbudi
his prompt service who ensured that everything was to our satisfaction.

I had my comfort food while shopping here in Aeon. Food was just nice. Ordered Kimchi Soondubu Jigae Chicken (basically kimchi chicken soup)set that comes with rice! Healthier choice for a meal when I didn’t expect them to serve brown rice for the set! 🤩 Perfect for rainy day when it’s friggin cold in the mall. Staffs were friendly and kind enough to borrow me charger to charge my phone which going flat. Overall, a satisfied customer!!
