Scam. The third-party entertainment apps aren't working. Before I bought it, the salesperson said they could provide backend support for any apps if there was an issue. Recently, I managed to call the boss, who told me to buy a better version of the box. Later, there was no reply after I asked the boss if, in the future, there's another app issue, I'd have to buy another TV box!?!
"The after-sales service is the worst. CCTV 4 constantly doesn't work. The salesperson never picks up when I call. I've sent it to the service center so many times, and they just reset it. Worst TV box ever."
Please don't buy this product. It's very laggy at night and you can't watch any IPTV channels. When I asked about it, their answer was that nowadays many people are using it, so their server can't support it. Highly disappointed.
Please don't bother buying or subscribing to their service. Here's why:
Within one month of purchase, intermittent signal/line issues occurred roughly once every two days.
After three months, the intermittent connection became so frequent that I couldn't tolerate it. I kept refreshing, but after 20-30 minutes, the connection would lag again.
Now, I have to live with this intermittent signal every day.
