"Rude Chinese staff. When I asked her about the shoe size, she sighed angrily. That's your job! When I went to pay at the cashier, she was still busy with her phone, like nobody was there. Really rude, like she owns the store! Please teach your Chinese staff to treat their customers properly; that's part of the job. If not, then maybe work somewhere else. I spent almost a thousand dollars there, but she treated me like trash."
This was a very bad shopping experience for me. I bought three pairs of shoes and was treated rudely, and I didn't appreciate having to see other customers. The old Chinese staff member with long hair was very rude and ruined my good mood on holiday.
"The Malay lady working here is very courteous. She was patient while I topped up my card before payment (there wasn't anyone queuing behind me) and told me about a discount I didn't know was available. It's such a big difference in service compared to the Skechers at City Square."
