"It was an impromptu visit to Lovisa, and I made an inquiry about ear piercing. I was attended to by a very nice, friendly Malay staff member who explained the procedures, even before we decided to get my daughter's ear pierced. Another staff member assisted in getting it done quickly! Both staff were really professional! They made my girl comfortable and assured her that it wasn't painful and to relax!
