"Went there yesterday and bought a couple of Garrett's products. The customer service was awful; the staff were unfriendly. They seemed uninterested in serving customers, and it actually seemed like they didn't want to be there. I tried to inquire about product details, but it was met with silence and only a couple of words were exchanged. I don't want to go there again."

Update Aug 24 The Caramel Crisp quality has deteriorated significantly! You could almost classify the caramel crisp as either low quality or the normal one. I noticed this since my last purchase, and the latest purchase confirms something is wrong with the caramel crisp popcorn from this stall. Instead of the fragrant, deep-flavored caramel taste, you get a cheap, sugar-coated taste, and the texture feels grainy. The management of this stall ought to look into this. Apr 2023 I have purchased the Jumbo size Chicago Mix bag twice already. The popcorn is reliably and consistently yummy! I almost single-handedly finished half of the Jumbo bag over two weeks. Yes, the popcorn is good to go as long as it is tightly sealed and stored in the fridge, even for up to two weeks. For my second purchase, I asked for more cheese corn and less caramel corn, and the crew gladly obliged. This is a must-buy whenever I am in the area. Approved, lol!

Finally, it's here! I love the macadamia caramel crisp (my favorite), and I will order this flavor again. However, next time I would like to try the buttery or cheese.

The staff member working on December 28, 2024, around 16:00 UTC was very rude and disrespectful. He was shouting at people when asking what size they needed to purchase. Maybe he's the owner's son, Garret.

I recently visited the Garrett Popcorn shop at Aeon Mall Tebrau and had a fantastic experience. I tried their classic caramel and cheese popcorn, which are my all-time favorites, and they did not disappoint. The caramel popcorn was perfectly sweet and crunchy, while the cheese popcorn had just the right amount of savory flavor. The quality and taste were spot on, and the service was friendly. I highly recommend it for anyone craving delicious popcorn!
