I visited the Aeon Tebrau outlet on August 19, 2024, at 5:40 pm. I walked in with my mum, and the two salespeople blatantly ignored us, despite there being only three other customers in the store. They didn't even give us a glance or a simple smile. I was quite appalled by how salespeople can behave in such a manner and seemingly discriminate against customers, although I'm uncertain as to what their criteria might be when judging customers. This is the first time I've posted a Google review, simply because of the shocking experience. I went in because I was attracted by the items on display, but left disappointed because I'd much rather spend my money at a place where customers are at least treated nicely and not as if they are invisible. I will never come here again, and will look at other brands instead, hopefully with more welcoming salespeople.

I had a very good experience shopping here. The staff is friendly, especially Izzati. Even though it sometimes gets very crowded, the staff tries their best to assist customers.

To me, this outlet is huge, especially since we don't have one in Singapore. The staff here were very friendly and patient. They attended to all our questions and requests and allowed us to try on a variety of their shawls. The brand was also having a collab with Friends! They had different types of collab merch there, from shawls (even square ones) and tote bags to socks and even lanyards for work. The outlet is also so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. It really draws you in as a customer and calms you while you browse through the many products offered.
