The shop probably shouldn't have any customers. 1. There was no service from the staff. 2. The telephone operator (a rather stout man) was unhelpful. 3. The staff didn't smile. It felt like they didn't even see us as human. Note: The brick staff in Muar are the best; they welcome customers well and cheerfully. We wanted to buy something and give them money, but the staff refused to provide any assistance. 😊 I bought it at the shop below Lotus instead. 👍 Alhamdulillah. I have an order for the brick staff: 1. Serve the customer, even if the customer seems ordinary. 2. Remember, you are just the staff, not the boss or the owner. If you don't make a sale every day, you need to be smart and clever. First, proper etiquette is important to have. We will not return to that brick shop. We were terrified and upset with the service we received. Thank you.

"Had an awesome experience here! Apart from the standard bouldering wall, fun wall, and speed climbing wall, they also have a Ninja Warrior setup, which is extremely challenging. The variety of walls made climbing really fun. The price wasn't too bad either. Since it's located inside a shopping mall, one obvious advantage is being able to go straight out for dinner afterward. Big shoutout to our guide, Chris, who did a great job coaching us! Thanks!"

"As an avid climber, I would expect more of their climbing walls to be available. Some of the climbing hold grips are loose and don't seem well-maintained. But the price is worth it compared to other climbing facilities."
