I went in a few days ago and was served by a staff member named Rozie, and I was extremely disappointed with the way she served me. I've been in before and had no issues with the store, but this time it was just trashed. I'm not sure whether she is a new staff member or just not experienced enough to be in this industry. I simply asked her whether or not I could let anyone else touch the stones/crystals, and she replied to me in a very rude manner, saying, "Didn't I just say only you can touch it?" At that time, I was completely in awe at how this staff member, Rozie, was talking to me, and she made me feel embarrassed and stupid in front of my partner. I felt really uncomfortable, and I then left the store without buying anything because of this poor service by Rozie. Like I said before, I've never had any issues before when going into this store, but now I have every reason not to recommend anyone go there. Please bring your business and money elsewhere, where you really deserve good service and appreciation towards customers!

Earlier, I had 20 sheets of paper printed. The calculator showed RM 1 per sheet, but after it was ready, he tried to deceive me and said the price was 24 ringgit. In addition, the service was less than satisfactory, with a lazy attitude when serving customers. While I was waiting for my paper, a lady asked the employee about items at the counter, but he acted like he didn't want to help her. I also wonder if the store's policy allows employees to vape at the counter?

"Please avoid this shop. I went there to ask about a custom-designed card, and the sales guy was so clueless! He took six minutes to answer each question (he kept looking at his phone and PC and didn't seem interested in helping me). I was standing there like a fool, and he didn't even invite me to sit. I ended up not using their services because the staff itself didn't seem reliable. He couldn't even guarantee that their shop's designs would print okay and didn't know the timeline for when the card would be finished. So frustrating. To the shop management, please review your employee; consider whether you are paying them enough or if you are teaching them to act this way."

Your place is magnificent, especially the renewed version at Tebrau Jusco! But today I am writing to ask you to please check on one of your staff working there. I don't have his full name, but he wears glasses and speaks with a higher voice (sorry for the rude description), but he was the rude one first. I went in today hoping that your expertise would give me suggestions and recommendations on what materials I could use for my digital art prints for display at a shop. I'm not sure how specific he wanted me to be, but he kept telling me I needed to provide more details. This guy sat there like he was mocking me, thinking I was stupid. I admit I don't have the knowledge of what paper materials to use or what printers you use for your job; that is why I was asking for help. He used a very rude manner to deal with me, saying in a loud voice, "You don't even know what you want?!" Of course, he didn't even want to listen nicely in the first place. I get that sometimes customers really don't even know what they want, but if you ask them nicely in a polite manner, you will eventually understand and give them solutions. Shouldn't all you professionals do this? I work in a service line, so I know these frustrations, but doesn't everyone just want nice service from professionals? At the end, he did recommend one material, but I knew that he was just throwing out an answer so that he could get rid of me, knowing that I wouldn't purchase it (I know). I am writing this to that specific male staff member with the higher-pitched voice, wearing glasses and with thinning hair, so he knows that he could do better than that. You have a lot of customers, and you may not need little people like us, but do you know it's those little people who build your company at first?

Poor service. I requested details but received no response. When I reached out to another salesperson for a quotation, they claimed I was "chasing" them. Excuse meโI had been waiting for three days and had to follow up myself. Am I in the wrong here? I still haven't received a reply. It's fine; I will no longer support Sri Nagamas.

โ ๏ธThe service attitude is incredibly bad! I'm shocked this store charges RM20K for printing mooncake boxes. We asked about customization quantities and they quoted RM20K *per* mooncake box. Can't they communicate properly?

"The worker was video calling his friend as we walked in. I noticed that one of the angpao packets was missing an angpao. So, I thought I should inform the worker. I tried to get his attention, but he just told me "Kejap, Kejap" and ignored me, without even looking at me, while continuing his call. So I just pretended I didn't see it and left the shop. I feel sorry for the boss of this shop. The design is good, especially the angpao packets, but with a rude worker like that, I will never visit again unless a proper apology is given. There are plenty of printing shops out there; I would choose a different shop."
