"Please avoid this shop. I went there to ask about a custom-designed card, and the sales guy was so clueless! He took six minutes to answer each question (he kept looking at his phone and PC and didn't seem interested in helping me). I was standing there like a fool, and he didn't even invite me to sit. I ended up not using their services because the staff itself didn't seem reliable. He couldn't even guarantee that their shop's designs would print okay and didn't know the timeline for when the card would be finished. So frustrating. To the shop management, please review your employee; consider whether you are paying them enough or if you are teaching them to act this way."
"The worker was video calling his friend as we walked in. I noticed that one of the angpao packets was missing an angpao. So, I thought I should inform the worker. I tried to get his attention, but he just told me "Kejap, Kejap" and ignored me, without even looking at me, while continuing his call. So I just pretended I didn't see it and left the shop. I feel sorry for the boss of this shop. The design is good, especially the angpao packets, but with a rude worker like that, I will never visit again unless a proper apology is given. There are plenty of printing shops out there; I would choose a different shop."
One person doing everything? Crazy! It seems like she's the cashier and she's the one packing the food. Damn, what about the other staff? Can't they help? I waited in line for almost 30 minutes. It's not a big deal for me to wait a long time, but please have some common sense. One staff doing it all?
"There was an extreme lack of employees on site. They were acting as both cashier and food preparer, so how can it be fast when customers are buying large quantities? The waiting time was too long."
Ordered a set of cheese nuggets, and the sizes were uneven. Some were extremely small, while others were very big. Not to mention the cheese portion inside; some of them didn’t even have any cheese at all. The quality has dropped a lot compared to the last few times. I could barely taste the flavor. Mind you, the service while I was trying to order was ridiculous, too. They were laughing and talking even though I was standing right in front of them and looking at them for minutes, and they did acknowledge my presence.
"This is my fourth time ordering the chocolate eclair sticks and pretzels. Is there a new procedure where the chocolate is only coated on one side? I paid RM8.50 or RM9 for this type of food? Don't buy from here. Not worth it."
I went here to buy coco sticks just 2 minutes ago. I lined up for about 10 minutes to order. The employee asked how I wanted to pay. I said QR code, and he insisted I scan with *his* merchant QR code. Then he immediately claimed the machine had a problem and couldn’t scan QR codes. When I asked if I could pay via e-wallet, he said no. Cash also wasn't accepted; only card. Are you living in the Stone Age? Auntie Anne's, I need an explanation!
"Ordered the 12-piece Cheese Nuggets @ RM9.90 for the More More Cheese promo. The staff said there would be a 40-minute wait. I agreed, but they then proceeded to give me the regular 8-piece Cheese Nuggets at the normal price. I was too lazy to argue because of my kids. The staff seemed lazy. The sets aren't even that different. It feels like they just want to boost sales. Bad service 👎🏻"
