"Business service is pretty good. After-sales customer service needs improvement. There is no quality guarantee for the machine. At a price of 29,000, while it's not a chair worth only 2,000 yuan, it doesn't have the service quality or machine quality that 29,000 should provide."

Unfortunately, I could only rate one star and not any negative stars. The customer service staff were not at all informed about what they are working for or what plans the Telco offers. I expect these comments will go unnoticed by the Telco, and I don't expect any action will be taken for improvement. I went to inquire about the port-in offer, but the main customer executive (identified by others as a Chinese man) didn't seem to care about what the customer wants. He kept disappearing from the store, as if he had some other business on another floor or in the mall. My God, I would never go there again. I hope he reads this review and improves to serve customers at least as they deserve.

Customer service sucks. They serve you however they want, and are ready to "spread the corn" in front of the customer. I'm so confused... is this supposed to be a restaurant or a telco shop?

This is not a service center. If you want to switch telcos, go to the Taman Molek center. This Celcom kiosk only serves postpaid or billing inquiries, not porting out or porting in services.
