Very bad! I bought it last month, but it was only delivered yesterday. They promised delivery between 8 and 9 pm, but it wasn't delivered until 11 pm. Because it was so late, the driver left before I could check it, and then I found out it was broken! When I asked to exchange it, I was told I'd have to wait an extra week! The driver also insisted that he had tested it and that it was okay. Even if he did test it, would it have broken down in five minutes? How terrible! It's thousands of dollars worth of stuff! What a waste of my time! I can't even exchange it for a new one right now; I have to arrange another delivery time. 😱😱

FK7 at Aeon, September 3, 2024, 5pm. The Osim female representative was rude and unwelcoming. She seemed more interested in sitting on the massage chair and chatting with her friend.
