Upon sitting down, the initial stylist aggressively promoted a hair treatment, which my husband declined. They promptly handed him over to another stylist, who seemed unhappy with their job. Unfortunately, this stylist nicked his ear while trimming, causing it to bleed. When my husband mentioned the injury, they merely acknowledged it without apologizing. Although their demeanor improved slightly afterward, the damage was done. Was this attitude simply because we rejected the hair treatment and got a haircut and hairwash instead? Given the salon's 4.2-star Google rating, we expected a quality and friendly environment. Instead, he received subpar service and a lack of concern for his well-being. We won't be returning."

The stylist took the time to understand my hair concerns and recommended the right treatment for my hair type. I also appreciated the soothing head massage that came with it—it was the perfect stress reliever. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to pamper your hair and yourself!
