Writing this on behalf of my husband: He visited the salon today and was let down by the service. Upon sitting down, the initial stylist aggressively promoted hair treatment, which my husband declined. They promptly handed him over to another stylist, who seemed unhappy with their job. Unfortunately, this stylist nicked his ear while trimming, causing bleeding. When my hubby mentioned the injury, they merely acknowledged it without apologizing. Although their demeanor improved slightly afterward, the damage was done. Was this kind of attitude given just because we rejected your hair treatment and gotten a haircut + hairwash instead? Given the salon's 4.2-star Google rating, we expected a quality and friendly environment. Instead, he received subpar service and a lack of concern for his well-being. We won't be returning.
