The treatment itself was so relaxing; my scalp felt refreshed, and my hair was noticeably softer and shinier afterward. The stylist took the time to understand my hair concerns and recommended the right treatment for my hair type. I also appreciated the soothing head massage that came with it—it was the perfect stress reliever. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to pamper your hair and yourself!

"Too crowded, with so many customers on a Monday afternoon. I got rebonding and a keratin treatment, plus a haircut, totaling RM 615. The haircut was just so-so; after I got home, I noticed a few strands that weren't cut properly. The hair washing chair was comfy, and I feel the keratin treatment was not bad. Overall, it was not bad."

"Very good experience here. I got a Keratin treatment and also wanted a haircut. The scalp treatment was comfortable, especially with the massage chair. I almost fell asleep! After the treatment, I asked for a cut, but Wai Kit analyzed my hair and told me that I didn’t need one. Wow! That’s so amazing and professional; he even explained why. Cool experience. The staff here are so good and helpful."

He visited the salon today and was disappointed with the service. Upon sitting down, the initial stylist aggressively promoted a hair treatment, which my husband declined. They promptly handed him over to another stylist, who seemed unhappy with their job.
Unfortunately, this stylist nicked his ear while trimming, causing it to bleed. When my husband mentioned the injury, they merely acknowledged it without apologizing. Although their demeanor improved slightly afterward, the damage was done.
Was this attitude simply because we rejected the hair treatment and got a haircut and hairwash instead?
Given the salon's 4.2-star Google rating, we expected a quality and friendly environment. Instead, he received subpar service and a lack of concern for his well-being. We won't be returning."

They suggested some add-ons but still maintained a good attitude when I rejected them. They politely answered my queries and gave after-care tips. The hair wash by the assistant was also wonderful. Perhaps the only thing that could be improved was the blow-drying by the assistant. It was a bit rough and careless.
