I had a wonderful experience with the hair spa treatment! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The treatment itself was so relaxing-my scalp felt refreshed, and my hair was noticeably softer and shinier afterwards.

Too crowded.. so many customers on Monday afternoon. Did rebonding and keratin treeatment + haircut, total rm 615. The hair cut was just so so.. after I came back there were few strands that were.

I had a great experience in perming my hair at the Tebrau outlet. There is no hard selling and felt great customer service. Staff do ask me if I need to go toilet in between my hairdo. Very satisfied with my hair stylist Ivan in perming my.

Massage by hair assistant (meow meow) was very very good. Very comfortable with the right strength. It's been awhile since I expedited such comfortable massage.

First time here the service is excellent. Staffs are friendly, give sincere opinions, no hard selling.. treatment was done on a massage chair so comfortable until I fall asleep.

Not totally hijab friendly despite being told so - had curtains around me during haircut but washing area was not properly enclosed. Otherwise staff were pleasant and services were alright.

Hair cut, Hair spa, love the treatment here. Very relaxing. I sign up for a membership package, no expire date. Off set everything.
