Very good experience here. Did Keratin treatment and wanted a hair cut. The scalp treatment is comfortable with a massage chair. Almost fell asleep. After the treatment, I wanted to cut but Wai Kit analysis my hair and told me that I don’t need a hair cut. Wow. That’s so amazing and professional as he even explained to me why. Cool experience. The staff here is so good and helpful

I had a wonderful experience with the hair spa treatment! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The treatment itself was so relaxing—my scalp felt refreshed, and my hair was noticeably softer and shinier afterwards. The stylist took time to understand my hair concerns and recommended the right treatment for my hair type. I also appreciated the soothing head massage that came with it—it was the perfect stress reliever. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to pamper your hair and yourself!

Too crowded.. so many customers on Monday afternoon. Did rebonding and keratin treeatment + haircut, total rm 615. The hair cut was just so so.. after i came back there were few strands that were not cut properly. Wash hair chair was comfy, i feel the keratin treatment was not bad. Overall not bad.

Writing this on behalf of my husband: He visited the salon today and was let down by the service. Upon sitting down, the initial stylist aggressively promoted hair treatment, which my husband declined. They promptly handed him over to another stylist, who seemed unhappy with their job. Unfortunately, this stylist nicked his ear while trimming, causing bleeding. When my hubby mentioned the injury, they merely acknowledged it without apologizing. Although their demeanor improved slightly afterward, the damage was done. Was this kind of attitude given just because we rejected your hair treatment and gotten a haircut + hairwash instead? Given the salon's 4.2-star Google rating, we expected a quality and friendly environment. Instead, he received subpar service and a lack of concern for his well-being. We won't be returning.

came back for hair cut n touch up. Issac haircut was good n met my requirement. Hair wash was good too. Only disappointment is the touch up was not done well n I had to return to get it fixed. wasted my time. he shld have checked before telling me I’m done

Was skeptical about visiting after reading the reviews, but the experience turned out to be fine. I walked in and was served promptly. They suggested some top-ups and still maintained a good attitude when I rejected them. They politely answered my queries and gave after-care tips. The hair wash by the assistant was also wonderful. Perhaps the only thing that can be improved was the blow drying by the assistants. It was a bit rough and careless. Overall, they are not particularly warm and friendly. But the price is reasonable, they maintained a professional attitude and did their job well.
