I visited on Saturday, February 15th, and was served by Mr. Hamizan. He provided excellent service, was polite and patient, and is highly customer-oriented. He clearly explained the pricing and offered good suggestions regarding engraving, text, and icons. I recommend seeking out his service!

We were the only customers when we arrived. All four staff members were just standing in a straight row, talking among themselves. We were looking around and had to find the price ourselves; we wanted the limited edition minion, but we weren't sure of the price. We stared at the staff, waiting to see if they were ever going to come to us and assist us. We couldn't wait for them to approach, so I just asked for the price instead. We went to look for the customization section, thinking about getting an engraving. We figured everything out on our own and requested to engrave it in a certain manner. It's not possible to engrave it vertically, only horizontally, and only in a specific area of the bottle. Generally, the service was really just bad. Four staff members were there, just talking and couldn't even bother to attend to customers. As we were leaving, more customers approached the store, but it was the same thing. The four staff members still maintained their conversation.
