I got the pants here today. There are many types to choose from.

UNIQLO needs no introduction. It’s a good place to shop for clothes, bags, and more. This branch is much bigger and more spacious than the one at City Square, so one can shop here with ease. Prices in JB are slightly cheaper than in Singapore, hence there are quite a few customers from Singapore. Service staff are also friendly and helpful here.

Extremely bad experience with the rude staff here. He is a Malaysian Muslim man working at the cashier. I was trying to register as a Uniqlo member, and it took me ages because I wanted to get the $15 discount voucher. I finally managed to register, but when I paid, he said the voucher didn’t appear. I found out that I registered via the Uniqlo website and not the app. Apparently, in order to get the $15 voucher, I had to register via the app and not the website. So I was frustrated and said it was stupid. Then he straightaway replied, saying *I* was stupid. I told him I didn’t say *he* was stupid; I was referring to the offer and the requirement to register via the app. How good are the manners of Uniqlo staff! Will I return to Uniqlo? I went to inform his supervisor. Thank you. I have a few thousand views on my comment, but no response at all from Uniqlo management!

Shout out to Hafiz for his excellent service, as well as the other staff at this branch. They were professional and the total opposite of the staff at the Mid Valley South Key branch. Will return here if I need more clothes from Uniqlo!"

I was looking for the Jamoca flavor, and luckily they had it. I went to another outlet, and not all of them carry it. I wanted to give it a try. However, I was sad to hear they were out of Jamoca Almond Fudge this time. They better have it when I'm there next time! My kid had Love Potion, which was available at this outlet, and they thought it was great.

"The friendly staff offered to let me change flavors, knowing that I didn't want a sour one, but I did want the Spongebob cartoon on the ice cream cup. The Spongebob campaign with a single scoop was RM12.50."

"Bought two cups of mix-your-own milkshake. I asked for a small paper cup so I could give some to my kids, and even offered to pay for it, but the staff said no. Then I asked how much a plastic cup would be, and they wanted to charge me the full price of 9.50RM. I've never had such an encounter with other outlets; the staff here is...speechless."

This was my first and last visit to this outlet. I bought a coupon from Grab and tried to redeem it here. After waiting in line for almost 10 minutes, I presented the voucher to the staff and selected my ice cream flavors. However, she just stared at me and asked me to scan the voucher at the counter before packing my ice cream. When it was my turn to scan the voucher, the customer behind me also attempted to redeem a Grab voucher. The staff treated him completely differently—she even explained how to redeem the voucher and began packing *his* ice cream right away. This clearly showed a double standard in service. After scanning the voucher at the counter, the cashier asked me to choose my flavors. I told the cashier to check with the staff, but she didn’t even remember what I had told her just a few minutes earlier. The customer behind me might have thought I was being rude, but why was a different SOP applied? The customer behind me scanned their voucher and received their order instantly, while I had to scan my voucher, repeat my choices, and wait for the staff to pack my order. Today, Baskin Robbins Aeon Tebrau taught me a lesson in "double standards." Visited on 23 March 2025.
