"I wanted to get some sensory cups during the sale, however, they were not well-stocked. I went during a weekday afternoon. Most of the 400+ml cups were not available. I was charged for an engraving service and wasn't informed about it. I only found out after receiving the receipt via email. Bad service."

We were the only customers when we arrived. All four staff members were just standing in a straight row, talking among themselves. We were looking around and had to find the price ourselves; we wanted the limited edition minion, but we weren't sure of the price. We stared at the staff, waiting to see if they were ever going to come to us and assist us. We couldn't wait for them to approach, so I just asked for the price instead. We went to look for the customization section, thinking about getting an engraving. We figured everything out on our own and requested to engrave it in a certain manner. It's not possible to engrave it vertically, only horizontally, and only in a specific area of the bottle. Generally, the service was really just bad. Four staff members were there, just talking and couldn't even bother to attend to customers. As we were leaving, more customers approached the store, but it was the same thing. The four staff members still maintained their conversation.
