I went to the Montigo shop at Tebrau , the staff were very kind and helpful, but unfortunately not all items were in stock, especially the caps. Please consider restocking, as it affected our shopping mood. We really love Montigo and hope to see more items available next time!

Wanted to get some sense cup during the sale however they were not well stocked. Went during a weekday afternoon. Most of the 400+ml cups are not available. Charged me for engraving service and I wasn't informed. Only found out after receiving receipt on email. Bad service.

Hamizan and Fikri are very professional and knows the product well, when product colourways are out of stock, they would suggest other similar colours to us instead of usual sales stuff who gives the “too bad” look. Great stuff to have who is well versed in selling and have a great attitude towards customer service
