Rude staff at cashier. Don't even provide plastic big enough for my stuff. Very very disappointing experience. Please educate them regarding customer service before standing behind a counter thanks.

not friendly & rude staff, gossipinh & talking like not people around , even i need to pay infornt them, busy asking each other what to drink ? penat lah ? haus nak bei air tak ? , helloni still infornt of u guys, be polite to customer, at least settle my paymnet first, them continuing ur gossip. After that cashier not pass the item what i bought to me, juat take my money, then continue gossip. with thank you to me. where ur customer service. plus selling floor messing with big boxes , narrow space for customer walk in

while scanning my card at the self service machine, a bottle arranged next to the machine fell off and broke, instead of apologising for the inappropriate arrangement of the stocks (too packed and close next to the machine) they blaming customer and asking for payment? what are you actually blaming for? am i being clumsy or running around at the store causing the product to fall off? i act normal and for yhe staff to blame customer is so ridiculous, why can't you come up w a safer/ strategic arrangement. i will not forgive this incident the supervisor just so rude unprofessional and disrespectful.

I reloady touch and go card on sunday 23 sept 2018 but on the next day when i go on the highway, i realised that watson didnt reload for me and have taken my rm100. Good on you, hope karma get you back.

Visited this place for a purchase. Expect for the security guard, the service crew couldn't be bothered. The least expected is to greet their customer and follow-up with what is required rather chatting amongst colleagues which can be done at leisure. Me and my wife had to go shelf-to-shelf to look for the items we wanted which could have been avoided. We wouldn't want to be rude by interrupting the crew chatting away. Got what we wanted and went to the counter to pay. Presented my membership card and was offered promotional items at the counter which was a good thing to do. Just like any other pharmacy, one can get most health care items here.

21/9/2023 I guess this will be my go-to stop in the mall. The staff was friendly and guided me well on which brand and shade suit my skin. Plus, I received a free gift with my purchase! This place is always packed, but that’s no surprise—Watson is a favorite for everyone.😗😗🤭💅🏻
