"Visited this place to make a purchase. Except for the security guard, the service crew seemed uninterested. The least they could have done was greet customers and ask if they needed help, rather than chatting amongst themselves, which could have been done later. My wife and I had to go shelf-to-shelf to look for the items we wanted, which could have been avoided if we had been offered help. We didn't want to be rude by interrupting the staff chatting. We got what we wanted and went to the counter to pay. I presented my membership card and was offered promotional items, which was a nice touch. Like any other pharmacy, you can find most health care items here."

"The staff were not friendly and quite rude. They were gossiping and talking as if no one was around, even while I was trying to pay. I overheard them asking each other what they wanted to drink, saying things like "penat lah?" and "haus nak bei air tak?" Hello, I was still standing right in front of you! Be polite to customers and at least settle my payment before continuing your gossip. After taking my money, the cashier didn't even pass me the items I bought, just continued gossiping, without even a thank you. Where is your customer service? Plus, the sales floor was messy with big boxes, making it a narrow space for customers to walk through."

While scanning my card at the self-service machine, a bottle placed next to it fell and broke. Instead of apologizing for the inappropriate arrangement of the stock (too packed and close to the machine), they blamed *me* and asked for payment. What exactly are they blaming me for? Was I being clumsy or running around the store causing the product to fall? I was acting normally, and for the staff to blame the customer is ridiculous. Why can't they come up with a safer, more strategic arrangement? I will not forgive this incident; the supervisor was just so rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful.
