"Poor and unproductive service overall. They have a "buy one get one free" offer; however, they limit the number of customers to three sets at a time. One large family went in and took almost 30 to 45 minutes, and we had to queue for a long time. The staff don't have the initiative to allow more customers to enter and instead double up attending to a single customer. Instead of one staff member per customer, it's so unproductive and inefficient."
