"The Chinese female salesperson had a very bad attitude, leading to an extremely poor shopping experience. She didn't smile at all and was impatient and rude when speaking to us. She also tidied up the clothes immediately after we touched them. I see many other bad reviews from customers with similar experiences, and I'm not sure why there's been no improvement. Does the management know about this?"

"Too busy with their phone and reluctant to let us see the products. I guess they made up their mind about us just by looking at us. Part 2: We went to Universal Traveller at MidValley SouthKey and were greeted with a wonderful experience! Guess what? We managed to get what we were looking for!"
