The store manager, Afif, and his colleagues have always been friendly and helpful whenever I visit. Afif always points out the discounted items, which is great! ☺️☺️

"Poor service and overly rude staff at this outlet. We purchased a birthday gift, but the price was slightly different at the time of payment. When we asked the cashier, a Malay auntie, she was very rude and asked, "Do you want to buy it or not?" A similar thing happened during a second visit; the same Malay auntie said we could only enter the shop with cash payment. There were three rude staff members: two aunties and one uncle wearing a black shirt. I always try to have good manners and call customer service people "sir," "miss," or "madam," but this kind of attitude warrants calling these people "uncle" and "auntie." "

"I came to the store and luckily found a Jackpot Hot Wheels. When I proceeded to the cashier, who I assume was the shop manager because he was wearing a black shirt, he said I couldn't buy that Hot Wheels and didn't state a reason. I think he wanted to keep it for himself? Because the market price for that Hot Wheels is quite high. As I know it, when you put items at the Hot Wheels station, it should be first come, first served. Jackpot? Why? Please improve your staff, Toys R Us Aeon Tebrau; not professional at all."
