31/3/2024 - manager racist, Im Mohamad Hafizan , got bring my Chinese wife and my son, to this outlet to have some dinner around 4 o'clock, although I know during fasting period we can't eat at the restaurant as a law. As I mention to the staff my wife can't fasting for her excuse and my son want eat nasi ayam.. But one of ur staff with rudely said, only kid can eat, ur wife is "cina" ke? I felt very uncomfortable bout the word. We married of course she is Muslim now. So what? And she said "if U eat here, then pejabat agama fine kami, Abang Nak bayar Saman kami ke?" It's really rude words infront of my family and infront of ur staff.. really un acceptable for her attitude.

I came at 10.40am..but still not ready to receive customers. The counter keeper's reaction was very unpleasant. The shop should have received customers as early as 10.30am

The food is good but you need to wait for it especially during lunch/dinner hours. Super slow services!!! I waited half an hour only to know that my orders wasn't registered AT ALL and have to spend more waiting time for the food. The outlet management need to do something about this disorganisation! I saw a few people just left the premise without ordering/eating.

Dear TCRS boss aeon tebrau! From the first step I walk in (not the first time) ur worker aren't happy with their work, I'm sitting down for 30 mins just get a menu. From my observation, ur outlet lack of workers and ur current worker are struggling handling with the customers. At 12pm saw 2 young lady work in to start their shift... I don't understand how ur shift can be start at 12pm?at the peak hours?! U must be kidding! Im anger despite asking ur staff to take order.. but they are busy handling with other customers, include the customer walk in after me. No point I angry to them because this is due to poor management and staffing issues!

Worst chicken rice shop outlet ever. Ordered honey bbq chicken and got the chicken together with long feather. Did informed the manager but he just ignored us, didnt say a word & not even a sorry. A rude and irresponsible manager.
