Despite the fact that it was prime dinnertime, we were able to secure seats. The food was good, with a preference for Hainanese chicken rice. The wait time is moderate due to the crowd. Overall, good service.

Extremely disappointed with the service here. The staff showed zero respect to a food delivery rider and had a very poor attitude toward customers. Serving people with an 'annoyed' expression is unprofessional and unwelcoming.

The service was disappointing. There was no internet connection in the shop, so I couldn’t submit my order via QR scan. I waved to the staff to ask if I could place a manual order, but he ignored me and continued doing other tasks. A simple acknowledgment or assistance would have made a big difference. Hope the service can be improved.
