I don't stay here. From outside view, look so beautiful and security very firm when to enter the building. Overall, have to ask the tenants for more information.

There is no complaint about the house, it's clean, friendly host, but not Muslim friendly. No bidet in the washroom & 95% of the restaurants in the area are non-halal

Conveniently located walking distance to CIQ. The development is huge and we had the unit just facing the straits on a very high floor. The rooms are clean and very well managed. Highly recommended and will consider to book again if going to jb.

The floor tiles were loose and the swimming pool was quite dirty. Also when trying to unlock the door it always took us 10mins plus but thankfully the cleaner helped us to change the battery. The stay was nice and I enjoyed it. Will come back soon!

Cell phone reception is a problem at r&f princess cove. A lot of the restaurants serve poor quality food, and more expensive than SG. Imagine paying 25 RM for one dish and one rice. In SG we will only pay 12 RM for such food. The entire ecosystem at r&f princess cove is a failure. Don't get yourself involved here. It will be the biggest mistake of your life. There is a saying that all that glitters is not gold. This is especially true here.
