This outlet manager and staff serve the worst service. No greeting and make face. The manager even make face when we say to here that card payment cannot been made. So rude.

Dine in during dinner hour. There are only 2 staff working, no time for taking order at counter. Many dishes not available. Portion of the meat less not worth for the price.

Regretting not checking the reviews before ordering here! The service is absolutely terrible. How on earth does Sukiya think it’s okay to hire only three staff members to handle everything? The poor employees are overworked, doing the jobs …
