The workers video calling his friend while we walk in. I realize that one of the angpao packet has less one angpao inside. So I think I shud inform the workers. I try to reach the workers to tell him. Yet he told me : " Kejap, Kejap" , and he ignore me and without EVEN LOOKING AT ME and still continue his call. So I just pretend I didn't saw it and leave the shop. Feel sorry for the boss of this shop. The design is good especially the angpao packet. But with rude worker there, I will never visit again unless proper apologize is given. There's plenty of printing shop out there. I would choose other shop than this.

Poor service… I requested details but received no response. Reached out to another salesperson for a quotation, and they claimed I was "chasing" them. Excuse me—I’ve been waiting for three days and had to follow up myself. Am I in the wrong here? Still no reply up to today. It’s fine; I’ll no longer support Sri Nagamas.

Please avoid this shop. I went here to ask about custom design card, the sales guy so bodoh! Ask questions, takes 6 minutes each to answer(keep looking at phone & pc, not interested to entertain customer), i was standing here like a fool, he not even invited me to sit. End up not using this services as the staff itself not reliable. He even cannot guarantee that their shop design are okay when printing and does not know what is the timeline card finish. So stupid. To shop management, please review your employee whether you are paying them enough or you just teach them to act like this behaviour.

But today I am here to ask of you to please check up on one of your staff working there which I don't have the full name, he wears a spec and talks like a woman( sorry for the rude description) but he was the rude one first.
I went in today for hoping that your expertise would give me suggestions and recommendations on whatt materials I could use for my digital art prints for display at shop,( I am not sure how specific he want me to be but he kept telling me I want details)but this guy sat there like he is a dodo head thinking girl you are stupid. I admit I don't have the knowledge of what Paper materials to use or printers you use for your job, that is why I am asking.
He used a very rude manner to deal with me saying in a loud voice you don't even know what you want?!, of course you don't, he doesn't even want to listen nicely in the first place.
I get it sometimes customers really don't even know what they want but if you ask them nicely in a polite manner you will eventually get it, and give them solutions, you all the professionals should do this?
I am working in a service line so I know this frustrations but doesn't anyone just want a nice service from professionals?
At the end he did recommend me ONE but I knew that he is just throwing an answer so that he could ward me off, knowing that I won't purchase it.( I know )
I am here writing to that one specific he-female speaking ,spec with sparsely attach hair on his head that he could do better than that. You have a lot of customers, you don't need little people like us but do you know it's those little people who build your company at first.

Bad experience today at Aeon Tebrau. The staff that attended to us have poor customer service. Could have done a better job.serving the customer. Can improve.

Earlier I had a print of 20 sheets of paper, the calculator said RM 1 per sheet and after it was ready to print, he tried to deceive me and said the price was 24 ringgit. In addition, the service given is less than satisfactory with the lazy attitude of serving customers. When I was waiting for my paper to be ready, an untie asked the brother about the items at the counter but he acted like he didn't want to serve the customer and wanted to ask if the store's policy allowed employees to vape at the counter?
