I visited on 10 July at 7:30AM and took a 2-hour massage from a wonderful lady. This was my first time here, and honestly, she gave me the best experience I’ve had so far!
I usually go to another outlet (Thai O**), but decided to give this place a try and I’m so glad I did. The price is affordable, and the service is amazing.
I’ll definitely be coming back in 2 weeks. Special thanks to the staff who took care of me, you made my day! Highly recommended! 🙏💆♀️✨

Very comfortable environment but insufficient staff. Walked in at 2pm on a Tuesday afternoon but foot massage was only available at 7pm. Pity, the space could be utilized more. See prices in picture.

I’ve never left a review for a massage before, but this was such an unpleasant experience that it’s worthy of one.
I’ve been to several other outlets of Siam Oasis, and they’ve all been fairly pleasant experiences. My visit to the Aeon Tebrau outlet was the first, and will be the last.
I’ve always had 60 min massages, but this time, I decided to go for a 90 min traditional Thai massage, expecting a more thorough and relaxing experience.
The masseuse assigned to me was a fairly plump lady who, right from the beginning, kept breaking into laughter. Even during a certain part of the massage, she was laughing. It felt like she was laughing at me, which came across as both disrespectful and unprofessional.
The worst part, however, was the massage itself. There was no proper structure to her technique—most of the time, it felt like she was applying pressure at random spots just to go through the motions and it felt plain sloppy. I’ve had many proper Thai massages before, and I know how it should feel like.
Overall, it felt like I paid for a longer massage only to waste my money and time. Instead of feeling relaxed, I left feeling frustrated.
I wouldn’t recommend this outlet to anyone looking for a professional massage experience.

I had a very relaxing and rejuvenating foot massage. The service was professional, the staff was friendly, and the environment was clean and calming. My feet felt so much better afterward—truly excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Good quality massages that are worth that bit more that one has to pay. The 5 senses massage was good and covers all body parts though it is a little bit of touch and go but overall relaxing and hits the spot

Did the aromatherapy massage today & I am not satisfied with the massage skills at all. She didn’t even wipe off the oils off my body. Waste of money. Won’t come here ever again.

One of the receptionist Chinese staff always chatting with colleagues very loud. Especially when we arrange at the room behind the counter. She keep talking and laughing very loud. Very disappointing with the staff behaviour.

Visited on Christmas eve and we're lucky we managed to book the aroma therapy that morning.
The therapist was very skillful. I did not tell her specifically where the tight spots on my back were, but she managed to figure out, probably through my reactions as she applies pressure on the spots.
When she realised that I had a very bad tightness on my right shoulder joint, she politely asked if I would like to focus more on that area.
Her pressure applied was forceful and on the spot. It was a little painful but very relaxing as she attempts to loosen the tightness. There was no rush throughout the session and she did not rush to end when the time was almost up, but concentrated to finish the therapy skillfully.
At the end of the session, I felt so much better and wished I could revisit again soon, if I am not returning home to Australia the day after.
Will definitely visit again when I get to be in JB again

I have the 5 senses therapy for head, shoulder, back & foot. My masseuse named Kum (if i'm not mistaken) was so good. She understand the task, doing her job sincerely hence i feel so much relieved after the session. I wish her success in her career & Siam Oasis Tebrau City.
