I'm unsure about giving this restaurant a proper rating. The food is okay, but the service...hmm. I'm sure they close at 9:30, yet the staff already placed the bill on the table and asked for payment, leaving me puzzled about what's happening right now. 🥴

Nice food and reasonably priced , good deals here, they make western and local delicacies at par with most good restaurants, love it keep it up guys🙏🙏🙏

Less taste in food. especially the buttermilk chicken was not so good. can improve the quality.

Today I was dining at SDS at AEON Mall Tebrau City with my family of 4. At about 3.25pm, The staff was clearing our finished dishes at the table. 3 of us walked over to the front (just a few steps away) to look at the bakery products they are selling in the shop, leaving only my daughter at the table who was still eating. When I turned back, I saw 3 of the staffs gathering at my table talking with my daughter still eating there (which is not professional at all), i saw one of the staff clearing my unfinished drink (A&W Root beer float which was half cup filled). I quickly walked back to my table to tell the staff, that I haven't finish my drink. The staff named Eyza handled it horribly! Instead of replying "sorry we didnt know you still want your drink", Eyza replied "OH YOU NEVER SAY ANYTHING". WHAT?! seriously??? HOW IS THIS MY FAULT?! I thought its the BASIC DECENCY of the staff to ASK THE CUSTOMERS if they still want their unfinished food or drink? How is it that I should be the one to INFORM them not to collect MY UNFINISHED DRINK when not all of us left the table?? It doesn't make sense. It's ridiculous. The manager or staffs there are not trained with the basic rules of the Service industry. My daughter was still eating at the table, I left my unfinished drink on that table to look at some products in the shop, of course I am returning to the table, or perhaps my daughter can drink my unfinished drink as well, right?! How can they see it as I walked off from the table just to see the items on the shelf, they have the rights to collect my drink. I wasn't angry that they collected my drink. I was shocked and angry by the reply and how they handled it, telling me ITS BECAUSE I NEVER SAY THAT I STILL WANT THE DRINK. its my fault?! What in the world. When i said how could she blame me, she SHOOK HER HEAD with frustration, thats when i took out my phone and started recording and she denied shaking her head, and in the video you can see her bad attitude and how she even called me "Eh!". And when i called her out for calling me "Eh" she denied even though it was recorded. Wow what a serial liar. Really terrible! I even have evidence of her lying in the video. It was also shown in my video how she argued and talked back with me. I had sent the whole video to their management. This is the kind of service they charged me 10% for, joke really. Ridiculous. I will never patronize this shop ever again. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF. And Eyza do not deserve to be a superior in that shop. She's a bad role model for the subordinates, and It's a disgrace to your company.

Food is average but big portion. Nice ambience but there’re insects flying around & on the table. Cleanliness can still be improved. Price is reasonable.
