"This guy is massively rude! How can you hire someone who doesn't have a good attitude, especially in customer service? I only stayed in the store because my sister really wanted Polo Haus products. I don't know what the staff here has against me. I went into the store and just looked at the Malay clothes. Then I took two sizes to try on, and I waited at the cashier to ask permission to use the fitting room. He just looked at my face without smiling, then said, "Ha, just go." There was no greeting, either. Luckily, I really wanted to fit in Polo Haus this year; otherwise, I would have just walked in and left to find somewhere else. This time, while I was in the fitting room, my uncle went to scold him. Uncle: Do customers really just come to this shop to look at things themselves? Employee: Yeah. They just look, they choose for themselves. I don't even understand what's wrong with Polo Haus. You know it's almost Raya, so why do you only have one staff member taking care of the shop? He really had a sour face and just stared at the cashier. I didn't even want to turn off the SKJP when I was making the payment. I'm giving this an extra star because they asked me to check the clothes before purchasing. They said "Thank you" or something; I don't even remember because I was so angry.
