Visited the shop for anklet …. Got a sales personnel who is a Chinese girl, tall and slim, wearing Malay costume….. her attitude was impressively “good”… we asked for the price for an item, she barely made eye contact with my parent and merely looked at the calculator and said this is 6k plus …. Then she just walked away ….. didn’t even intend to show us the item we are interested ……very disappointed at the service the way how my parent was treated. Got a salesman (wearing specs I think his name is Andy) was indeed sincere and nice! Very accommodating.

I recently visited Poh Kong and had a disappointing experience. The sales assistant was unprofessional throughout the process. they kept hard-selling products that were clearly unsuitable, and despite our concerns, they didn’t offer any constructive advice or alternatives. It felt like they were more focused on making a sale than ensuring customer satisfaction. I hope Poh Kong can improve its customer service standards.

I would like to ask if I just walk in to your outlet and take a look on your products can or not? Or as long as I step in to your outlet then I must need to buy something from you? Today my friends and I visited your Aeon Tebrau outlet, we just take a look on the gold price and some products and never buy anything, when we walk out from your shop, I heard a female staff with long straight hair said 走马看花 loudly, make me feel like she is sarcastic us never buy anything. If once I step in to your shop then I must need to buy things, you let me know, next time if I not intended to buy I will not step in to your shop. I’m extremely disappointed with your staff’s attitude and she is not customer-oriented. Horrible experience!!
