Best experience i had at Nandos Aeon Tebrau. One of the best grilled chicken. I saw the griller name was “Nasser”. Chicken was grilled to perfection and so juicy! you guys made my dinner tonight extra delicious! Tq🩷🩷🩷

Not really sure why this particular outlet has such low reviews as my wife and I found our dining experience here rather pleasant. The service was prompt, the food presentation was good and the meal tasted satisfying. My only gripe was that the side dishes were limited and some were not available at the time we ordered. The venue was also clean and everything seemed to be okay for us. May visit again in future, do keep up the good work. Thanks! 🙂

The worst Nando's restaurant ever visited! The butterfly chicken we ordered came so late i belive they had forgotten the order for it as the rest of the mains was already served. Came after, god knows how long.. (N not even a Sorry from them) it looks good n nice from the appearance, but the moment u cut in it.. u realised the chicken wasn't cooked properly as there were raw bits of it. Ordered the fried cheese in cubes or whatever u call it... came and tasted so so bitter after taste! Or it tatse like IKAN KERING?? IDK.. But I ordered cheese lei.. amusing much! Ordered the chicken wings n drumlets, Same some parts of it wasn't cooked properly! I really do not know what the staffs n managers are doing n not looking at the quality of food they are serving... not even us complaining abt the food another table a Chinese couple also bring back their food n complain! Never ever again to this Terbau City Nandos.

The chicken is fresh and good. But all the sauce is sour. Highly recommend can have some new sauce without sour (maybe basic bbq sauce or basic hot sauce and no sour) Thanks

Nandos aeon tebrau had done a good job on improving. The last time I had nandos (the same outlet) , i had to ban nandos bcs the portion was so small for a 1/4 chicken. but today I gave it a 2nd chance. I dont have much expectation but amazingly the chicken came in bigger size and is very juicy! Please thank the grilling crew. The packaging was nice (ordered from grab) and I am very grateful for the satisfying food. Keep up the good work nandos. 👍🏻

Every meal we had was full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The grilled chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned 'a real treat!' For qualuty and amount of food, the price are very reasonable and affordable ! The portion were perfect ! Thanks give me good experience all staff nandos😉

We were not so hungry so we did not order much. We thought it would be enough but portions were quite small. This is really Nando’s standard. Even in Singapore, the portion were small too. But I do enjoyed the grilled chicken. Service could be better too.

I'm back to this food chain outlet after some 10 years back. Had bad experience previously. Giving myself a second chance along with my family members. Quite like the interior settings. We were greeted by a friendly waitress and were escorted to our table. Then a brief introduction was given on how to order. After scanning the QR code, selection was made and you may pay online or over the counter. Based on my experience in South Africa, the 1/4 chicken served locally can be improved in terms of taste and texture. The mushroom soup was watery. Chicken burger was a little dry. Spicy rice was good but Mediterranean rice was blend. I'd rate 5 star for Mango Fresca and Sparkle Apple that quenched our throat. Overall, food quality needs to be improved.
